Benapole is a union of Sub district Sharsha of the district Jashore. It is more familiar as one of the biggest land ports to enter into India from Bangladesh. You will see the picturesque flower gardens of the famous Godkhali while on the train from Jashore to Benapole. You will have a refreshing bus journey on the historical Jashore Road as the road is surrounded by many old and big trees.
As per the update of 2022, it will cost 80 taka to go from Jashore to Benapole and vice versa (Only local buses are available).
There is Benapole Express train, which leaves Kamlapur station at 11.15 pm on everyday except Wednesday. It will cost 485 taka in shovon chair seats. Including vat, snigdha, ac berth and ac seats will cost 932 taka, 1174 taka and 1116 taka respectively. If you want to use train to go from Jashore to Benapole and vice versa, you will have to spend only 50 taka on shovon chair coaches, 115 taka on snigdha, 127 on ac seats and 150 on ac berths.
